WaitingThe little girl sits on the curb. Her hair nicely done, And her dress white and clean.
People pass, families and their kids, Seeing the smiling little girl as they think nothing of the fact
That she sits alone and waits.
Minutes have passed and she’s still there. Her smile still big, her dress still clean, And people pass on by.
Hours have passed and she’s still waiting, Her smile is no longer there. But, people still pass as she waits.
Days pass and she is no longer content. She hasn’t moved an inch. Sitting through Waiting

I Love the RainMy heart aches for its lost companion, Throbbing in pain for lost times. My soul cries out for its lost mate, Wailing in agony for lost memories.
My body wonders aimlessly, Not knowing how to handle lost. My mind is lost to the universe, Trying to find where it all went wrong.
My ears fill with my sorrow, Drowning them in waves. My eyes have lost their color, Not know how to live again.
My face is filled with pain, But my hair hides it from all. My hands clench repeatedly, Trying to find a release.

I celebrate my graduation, I’m through and out of school. Too many friends and family show, But he is never there.
I run home with an engagement ring, Flashing it to my family. I model it to my friends, But he’s never there.

Bone to Pick

Okay, I have a serious bone to pick with my family,(thank god none of them are here). I hate it when I get random phone calls from my father, who lives over 100's of miles AWAY asking me how I'm feeling? or if I'm okay? ARGH!!! I will say this once and once ONLY!!

I CAN WRITE A DEPRESSING POEM AND BE IN THE HAPPIEST MOOD IN THE WORLD!
I CAN WRITE A HAPPY POEM(thou I hardly ever do)AND CAN BE PISSED AT THE WORLD!
I CAN WRITE ANY FRIGGIN' TYPE OF POEM WITHOUT WANTING TO SLASH MY WRISTS, CRY FOR BEING LONER, OR FEEL SORRY FOR MYSELF BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A BF!

For me, I don't have to be in a mood-except bored out of my mind-to do any kind of poem. So please, I BEG OF YOU, get off my back!

*takes deep breath*

Okay, I'm good now. Sorry some of you had to deal with that.
